How much is Rentround & am I locked in to a subscription?
We charge £74.99 a month to list on our platform. There is no lock in and you can cancel anytime should the leads not work out (which we hope doesn’t happen). There are also no set up fees involved.
How does Rentround get leads?
Rentround ranks on the 1st page of Google for various search terms vendors & landlords may use. In addition, we have a heavy presence on Google Ads. Our aim is to outbid other agents and get more traffic on our site which generates more leads for our agents.
How do I get more leads?
A standard profile lets you select 3 postcodes, each with a 25 mile radius, the more regions you add, the more leads you’re likely to get. We have a cost per lead model which allows agents to scale up and get more leads. The cost per lead varies per location and is dependent if you’re looking for vendor or landlord leads. Contact us for more details.
I have my own estate agent marketing, should I still use Rentround?
Yes, Rentround will complement your own marketing nicely. It doesn’t matter if you’re running your own ads or promotions. Our ultimate aim is for you to get a better return on investment via our leads, and switch your marketing budget to us.
Do you generate vendor & landlord leads from Facebook & Instagram?
No, because social media browsers generally have less intent than a vendor or landlord specifically searching on Google for an agent. We do retarget landlords & sellers that visited our site but didn’t complete our comparison on Facebook & Instagram.
I’m an online agent, will Rentround work for me?
Yes, we have many online estate & letting agents. A normal profile allows you 3 areas, therefore a bespoke package may be best for your online agency to ensure you get national coverage.
